Enviropod Catchpit Filter
The Enviropod Filter is a gully pit / catchpit insert that is easily installed into new and existing gully pits / catchpits without the need for construction.
Enviropod removes the majority of gross pollutants and suspended solids, including particulate bound pollutants such as heavy metals, oil, grease and nutrients. It is also ideal as part of a treatment train or as a pre-treatment to filtration systems and wetland to reduce maintenance costs and increase longevity.
The Enviropod requires no construction, allowing it to be affordably retrofitted or applied to any urban environment. Maintenance is performed by hand or induction, avoiding the need for expensive specialised equipment. The filter bag is easily removed and emptied. Filter bags are re-usable and interchangeable, available in sizes from 100 to 4000 micron.

ConstructionPod Catchpit Filter

The ConstructionPod is a moveable, adjustable catchpit insert, developed for placement in a catchpit downstream of minor works. It can also be used as a secondary form of treatment in conjunction with traditional treatment such as a silt fence or pond during major works.
The ContructionPod effectively removes fine sediments, flakey paint and other construction related debris through geotextile or nylon micron-rated Enviropod filter bags.
When the filter bag is approximately a third full, the contents can either be removed by vacuum indicator truck or by lifting the filter bag vertically out of the cage. If a nylon filter bag is used, it should be washed thoroughly. If a geotextile bag is used, it should be disposed of appropriately and replaced with a clean bag.
The ContructionPod's adjustable cage allows it to easily fit the depth of any catchpit. A filter bag is threaded on a stainless steel ring, placed in the cage and the unit is lowered into the catchpit. Rubber flaps create a seal to ensure all debris entering the catchpit falls into the ConstructionPod and is caught by the filter bag.
