Hynds ecoWarn™ control device
is the ideal alarm system to suit the Hynds ecoSep™oil water separator, Hynds
ecoStop™ Spill Control System and Hynds ecoTop™ above grade oil water separator.
The unique design of the Hynds ecoWarn™ control device provides early warning
when maintenance is required. This prevents accidental shut down of the system
due to lack of maintenance, and also provides warning in the event of
catastrophic failure.

The device provides a three-stage alarm system for the following scenarios:
- Early warning of oil accumulation
- Maximum oil accumulation warning
- Coalescing media requires cleaning
The Hynds ecoWarn™ control system is self-contained in that it provides visual and audible alarms that warn whenever maintenance is required.
For remote sites it provides signal outlets that can be connected to a central alarm system. These outlets can also be connected to pump or electronic gate controls to start or stop this other equipment in the event of a spill.
An optional feature can also be added that provides SMS text messaging to mobile phones. This is an ideal warning system for remote or unattended applications.
Annual cleaning and checking of the alarms isrecommended to test the operation
