 The Hydro-Static® Screen is a cost-effective, non-powered screen for the control of floatables in combined sewer systems. The system incorporates unique, patented flow modifying baffles that encourage enhanced circulation of flows to help prevent screen blinding.
Hydro-Static® Screen provides screening down to 4mm in two directions, intercepting and retaining floatables, aesthetically offensive material and gross solids at all states of flow up to the peak design flow.

The Hydro-Static® Screen is available in two models:
Up Flow Screen: this configuration is mounted horizontally over the dry weather flow channel so the flow passes up and through the Hydro-Static® Screen during a storm event. Solids and floatables are trapped below the screen and returned to the sanitary continuation flow.
Through Flow Screen: this configuration is inclined so screenings gravitate into the sanitary continuation flow as the system drains after a storm event.
